Anders Rex elected to Eurocontrol’s ANSB
Naviair's CEO Mr. Anders Rex has been elected to Eurocontrols Air Navigation Service Board as representative for AirNav Ireland, Isavia, LFV and Naviair – the ANSPs in Ireland, Island, Sweden and Denmark.
The Air Navigation Services Board is an industry-led consultative board and is made up of representatives of the military, air navigation service providers, airspace users and airports from the Member States. It is designed to increase the involvement of air navigation stakeholders in preparing decisions and in aligning business planning and budgetary processes at various levels in the Organisation, while respecting the decision-making responsibilities of the Member States.
Eurocontrol is an intergovernmental supporting its 42 Member States and its civil and military stakeholders (including air navigation service providers, airspace users, airports and aircraft/equipment manufacturers) in a joint effort to make aviation in Europe safer, more efficient, more cost-effective and with a minimal environmental impact.
